I accidentally overpaid the owner Luigi by $273.00 on November 1st via e-transfer. I brought this to the owner's attention on November 8th advising them of the overpayment and providing the details on where the funds could be sent to. Luigi, the owner, agreed to repay the $273.00 on November 11th. After not receiving an e-transfer from him I followed up via text message on November 15th where Luigi read the message but did not reply. I followed up again on November 24th and Luigi decided not to read the message or reply.Business response
