This is for ***************** in ********, because they won't stop calling me which is technically harrassment! This is also for Openroad, because I reached out to a manager at Openroad to help me. My ex kicked me out in 2021 & physically snatched the car keys out of my hand. Of course I got depressed & worried about my son, I left the car to my ex so my son could have a ride to school. Yup, the car's in my name. Since then my ex can't afford to keep the car, he's hasn't made payments almost monthly, & in that year I made a few payments, even though I've never had the car, because I thought of my son. I've emailed the manager at ************* in ********, asking for help in having the car returned to me. As of today I can afford to pay off the car, I just need it returned to me. ***** has helped, the *********** ignore me! Instead I get calls & letters every month. Thank God somehow I still barely function over the ******************** this causes in *** *** know my ex is not making payments as a way to bully me to finish the divorce process that HE started, I've already done more than my part by finding & directing divorce ************************* to him. Monthly **************** basically harrassment, doesn't return the car to me to pay it off! This is straight up financial abuse *** my ex not affording payments & not returning the car to me to pay it off, & enough is enough! Especially for my son, in the end this all does affect him, one of us parents needs to be financially stable to function!
