      USE AN ALTERNATIVE. My friend lost his phone in a cab. I called the next day and learned that driver's take home whatever they find and aren't expected to report it but, hey, "it might be in lost and found in a few days". The man gloats rudely, hangs up on me once after insisting he needed a phone number that he did not need, spoke like a low-iq bully in the schoolyard, and essentially provided the actual worst "customer service" experience - after I explained that my friend had been a weekly customer for 8 full years and asked him to "please help". "Stop yapping or I'lll hang up again", he said, with a smile. USE AN ALTERNATIVE!!

      I got into a ************ from the ***************** taxi lineup. The taxi was marked B2 and the license plate was ******. I put my two suitcases in the trunk. I saw the driver turn on the meter which I thought was bizarre considering it's a flat rate when it's an airport pickup trip, but I didn't say anything. When we arrived, I saw the meter was at $41. He told me that's what I owed him. I said that I knew it was a flat rate for airport trips and asked what the rate was. He said it didn't apply to "rush hour" pickups (it was 5:45 pm at this time on weeknight) and I needed to pay the metered rate. I told him I knew that was incorrect and I would be paying him the flat rate and to let me know what it was. He argued with me. I stood my ground and I told him I would pay him cash and to please open the trunk so I could get my suitcases. He refused to let me out of the car until I paid him (which I understood but with 2 heavy suitcases in his trunk I wasn't going too far too quickly), but my concern was he was going to drive away with my suitcases as he was angry and shouting at me. I gave him $37 cash (as I referred to the *** website in that moment at the taxi zone fares from *** that shows **** * Downtown under that rate). He had locked me in, and was yelling at me that I owe him more and I said no. At this point, I unlocked my door, got out of the vehicle and he refused to open his trunk to let me take my suitcases. After a further argument ensued, he finally did, I took them, and he drove away. I am quite confident he was trying to cheat me and am so disappointed that even once I told him I knew the rules he was still verbally aggressive to me and made me feel unsafe. What a horrific experience. What's even worse is that I have reached out to ***************** three times now to complain via their website complaint form and have not heard back.

      I usually would not choose this taxi company, but after a long flight it was the ********* available in the taxi lineup at the *****************. I got in and notified the driver of my address, which was in downtown *********. I thought it was bizarre he was running the meter considering its a flat rate fare, but decided not to say anything as I just wanted to get home. We arrived downtown and the meter was showing $40. The flat rate for the area is $37. I asked him how much it was and he said $40 and I told him I was aware of the flat rate of $37. He tried to tell me that due to the time of day (5:30 pm on a Wednesday) that the flat rate didnt apply. After a minute of back and forth, I gave him $37 cash (purposely omitting a tip at this point due to him trying to ***** **) and then he refused to open the trunk and give me my luggage. It was an awful experience.

      I took a cab after watching my ************ ******** ***** *** **** *** ***** ******** ** *** ******** ***** ****** * **** **** ******** This was at 2:57 in the morning when I left I waited 10 minutes for a cab on the app that said it was already there. he called and said I needed to be outside in two minutes or he would leave. I said that I had already been outside for 10 minutes so she hung up the phone when he arrived and I got in the cab he was questioning the address, which was already pulled up on the screen , he requested I show him proof of payment in cash form or through my bank. I started looking through my purse for my cash, and I stopped myself in questioned what legal rate he had to ask that and why he would ask that he stated while I work nights you have to understand . As a worker, I do understand. I also understand the fact that if you have someone that you would have to question for finances due to an ******* ***** ** ****, you’re putting yourself in more harms way then by safely, taking them home and letting the people who are trained to confront a situation like that confront it. He was incredibly **** and very ********** pushing for proof of payment when I got in the car. I made the effort and reached out to the cab company with no response. I do, however, have massive concerns, not only for him, putting himself in the situation, confronting anyone who’s in an ******* ***** ** **** for funds that could go horribly wrong quickly. But his ********** tone and complete lack of ******* and respect out of pure assumption was not OK and incredibly humiliating have a picture of the cab in the cab number. I would appreciate somebody following up with the company for me.

      ************ overcharged fixed airport to Granville ride after a rude driver spoke on an overseas call for half the ride Home Two weeks of reaching out with no return call ( my wife is tenacious ) before full refund Never again Bonnys ! Avoid

      ******************* is the absolute worst cab company I have ever encountered, they refuse to resolve issues, they lie and the customer service is exceptionally questionable, I had ordered a cab to ******************************** and was driven just a few blocks short of *****************, the driver cost me my flight which was expensive, then lied about the instructions he was given, I had called to explain the issue and was told that the driver was given the correct information on where to go, just to have the manager lie to me and dodge me at every chance to resolve this problem, so I am making this review and asking the BBB to seriously take a look at this company and the way it is being run. I will never take this taxi again and I will inform all people that I know to avoid them like the plague.They receive zero stars from me

      My driver this morning was absolutely horrendous. ******* *** **** *** **** ***** ****. ***** at me because his debit machine was broken and I don't carry cash like most of the real world today. There is nothing I can do if your machines arent working. He was **** to me before for absolutely no reason and **** to me as soon as I stepped foot in the car. Maybe he is ******. This person should NOT be working for this company as he will run it into the ground with his ******* behaviour. I am a very nice and easygoing person, but this man ******* ** **** *******. He needs to be FIRED. ** ******** ** ** *** ***** ** ** *** ***** ** ********** ***

      I called ahead of time to have my daughter picked up after work.Bonnys taxi NEVER showed up!my daughter called me as it had been well over the time that I had requested and now she was left alone in the dark outside her store alone! I cslled Bonny Taxi and I was met with the utmost *********** ******* unprofessional lady dispatcher. The same one I requested the taxi with, she ****** at me as to why I questioned her as to the time and I said because my daughter now is in the dark parking lot alone and scared. The lady dispatcher yelled back at me and ***** *** ***** *** ** **** *** ***she continued to ****** me and **** at me and wouldn't shut up!-I had to call another taxi company-my daughter was so upset.

      Dear Sir/ Madam, I am extremely sorry to hear that one of my dispatch employee shouted at you. Call takers job is to make sure my patrons are greeted properly and provided the service according to patron’s request. If you could provide me the time & date of you call I will take appropriate action against this call taker. Please accept my apology for not providing the service but I will find out what went wrong because if you have earlier the taxi should be dispatch on time. Thank you for thanking the time and bringing the issue to me.

      I have been taking taxi's to and from work for 2-3 years now. In Feb. I sprained knee. I needed to use a ***** * car only to accomodate my walker. I have had some great drivers and some not so great. I have drivers show up that aren't ***** * cars. I am unable to use them , call again to request one. Sometimes I get yelled at by dispatch that they dont have any. Just put the word out , I have been hung up on. Only to have a ***** * car show up in less than 10 mins. This am 5/30/22. I asked for a ***** * car only. A driver shows up and tells me there are none on the road. Okay maybe I will give this a shot. Driver is unable to get my walker into the car trunk. Finally pulls it out, ***** it down on the sidewalk. He proceeds to **** at me because he can't make it fit. I said that's why I need to use a ***** * car only. If you are not one , why did you show up. ??? I said what is the matter with you ******???? Seriously ???? After spending approx and up to $400 a month to get back and forth to work. This driver,'s behavior was way out of line !!! I will be looking for other alternatives to get around. To the great ***** * drivers' I had , thank you for all you did for me.

      6/9/22 I had pre booked my taxi by phone at 9:59 am for 5PM at my work address. As usual they sent driver to my home address. He wouldn't come to work address and get me. I had to call office 3rd time. The previous 2 cars showed up . My walker wouldn't fit into back part of car. The woman in dispatch was very condescending on the phone. I waited 45 mins outside of workplace in rain . I take taxi's twice a day basically , I know how their system works. Just put the word out , don't argue with people . I hope these reviews shed some insight on Bonnie's Taxi. Some of their empioyees need retraining and customer service skills .
