            In January 2023, my original Rainbow vacuum stopped working after 20+ years so I turned it in and bought a refurbished one for $1000. It came with a 2 year warranty.In December 2023, only 11 months later, it stopped working and I tried numerous times to call LDG Enterprises and even stopped by on 3 different occasions and at different times as I live close to their location.. They never answered the phone and were never open. Their website states theyre temporarily closed and its been like that at least since December.I tried emailing Rainbow head office to find another distributor to get my vacuum repaired under the warranty but they stated I have to go through the distributor.So now Im stuck with a broken vacuum and no way to get it repaired by Rainbow.Im extremely disappointed as after my original Rainbow lasted so many years I fully expected this one to last me many more years than just ****************************** the Rainbow brand as the corporate company would not help me to resolve my issue.I would like my money back if you can get it.Sincerely,*********
