              In January 2020 Beck Glass replaced a window in my home. I paid a total of $3,234.13 in two credit card payments and received the invoice on Feb 3, 2020 showing PAID. (invoice uploaded to BBB with this complaint) . On Aug 26, 2021, 19 months later, Beck Glass charged my credit card $1,617.07 without any contact or notification to me. I contacted Beck’s accountant, Pavel, and he purported that I had NOT paid the invoice (uploaded to BBB) in full and advised I must provide proof that I had paid it. I emailed him the PAID invoice and he agreed to reverse the charge, with no explanation or apology. On Aug 27, instead of reversing the $1,617.07 total, Beck Glass processed 4 transactions of $300, $500, $100 and $617.32 – totalling $1,517.32 - $99.75 less than the improper charge. I called and emailed Beck Glass numerous times, with no response. I want an explanation of how this happened, an apology, my credit card details removed from their system and the $99.75 still owing to me.
