    I paid Property Guys $15,000 to advertise my land for sale and Ive been asking them for a detailed invoice about how this money was spent and its been months now and many times Ive asked. Im not happy with the service and I dont want to talk to the owner in person because Im mad at them as they led us astray by advertising our property ************ for the whole first summer. I’ve asked foraminvoice via email and text.

    0 stars, I wanted to list my business, was assured they could list out of local area ( I have emails that they stated this was possible, and emails I stated this was a specific condition on the listing) Their admin ***** listed locally..... As soon as I found out thru my customers , I called immediately, they pulled listing. They acknowledged the mistake and we decided to let things cool down and I was talked back into still using them from the owner *****. He assured me it would not happen again . After a few months, I contacted and we relisted.... once again being very specific about not advertising locally. I was again assured that would not happen. ****** the sales associate told me he was contacting their head office , to a *****, to find out exactly what to do. Once again , admin *****, relisted without speaking to ******. I called ***** right away and she pulled the listing. She also told me this was something they could not do. Having no confidence in this company after 2 big mistakes , I sent an email stating to cancel the listing. I have since found out it was not cancelled but put on Pause. I also asked for something in writing regarding the cancellation of the contract due to their mistakes. . I was redirected to the finance company . i have found out Property Guys did not send anything to the **************** ***** and his wife ********* has ghosted me , will not respond to any emails requesting a letter stating this was cancelled or their liability insurance contact.. I have emails stating they were in the wrong with apologies , but they still want me to pay for their service????? Head office washes their hands because they are franchises. Unfortunately , it looks like court. I'm not sure how they think this okay. If I buy a ****** car , and go to pick up the car I bought and it is a ********* How can you say , well you got a car. They are stating I got marketing , yes, but it was wrong. Terrible communication , do not use.

    ************************* listed her business for sale with us in 2023. We processed all the required info and photos/promotional video to produce a professional listing on our website and also paid to get her posted on MLS and provided the other exposure we were contracted to do for her as per our contract. ***** decided that she did not want the business listed on the local print ads, so after seeing this ad she requested that we pull the print ad and not to put it in that media form moving forwards. That was done for her and we continued our support to create interest in her business for sale as per our contract with her. We have maintained contact with *****, from listing her ensuring all information we received is correct and providing good comprehensive customer service throughout . ***** had opted for our List now Pay later format providing interest free time before she needed to pay for PropertyGuys services. Once that interest free period had expired she decided she would like to cancel her listing and she did not want to pay for all the services she has received. We advised her that she could certainly take her listing off the internet, but she was still culpable for her contact with the finance company as we had, in good faith, paid upfront for all the services she has received. We have spoken with her multiple times and emailed back and forth explaining how the money we have been paid by her has already been invested into her marketing, and that we stand by our services and are with her until she has SOLD. Despite receiving many threatening emails and calls from ************************* we have ensured we have communicated our situation to her. Our business model, as for any business that provides a service that the business must pay for things upfront, cannot provide refunds once the work has been done. At no time did we 'pull the listing' We put her listing on pause after she advised she wanted to cancel and that she had changed her mind and no longer wanted to sell the business using our company. This was many months after the listing had gone live and all services we provided her were paid for by our company on her behalf. Again at this time we reassured her should she change her mind we were here to support her and were with her until the business was sold. We are still willing to work with ****************** until her business is sold.
