I was waiting for big red fire protection to show up at my business. I waited for six hours and nobody came. I called three times. They said they were in the parking lot so finally the fourth time when I called the lady on the phone told me that they had lost the keys to complex so no one is coming. No one called to reschedule. I had no idea if they came on a later date. Fast forward. We got a message in our junk mail with no content. They called left a message we called back ended up paying phone tag. ***** from big red called and told my employee we are lying trying to get out of paying a $97.00 bill. Anyways I call and talk to the owner Norm. He started screaming at me to pay my bills. He told me that after 30 days hes not so nice. He just continued screaming at me.Even though I had phoned To pay my bill that I didnt even know I had and had no idea they had been in to service us. Ive never been spoken to like this before in my ******* have some man just screaming at me.Not letting me talk just yelling over $97. I paid and still waiting for my invoice.

Good Morning, We received your letter of notification regarding the customer review. Please see the attached communications regarding the situation. 1st. On the date first mentioned - it was an inspection of the entire strip mall where this customers business is located. It was the property management company that had misplaced the keys, not Big Red Fire Protection. The date of this inspection was June 3rd., the separate businesses inspections where set for June 27th. 2nd. We extended credit to this customer - even though they paid late the previous year as well, the invoice was sent via email on July 9th. where the business had their emergency light and fire extinguisher inspected. 3rd. No statement or accusing an employee of lying has ever been said, even in our emails requesting payment you can see they are professional and non accusatory. 4th. Our company has been in business for over 34 years. 5th. The customer called our business and was aggressive in tone, spoke to the Owner of Big Red Fire Protection Ltd., he also was trying to speak but was being over talked - he has a hearing impairment and speaks loudly. 6th. - At that time during this interaction she threatened to she was going to tell everybody this is slanderous.
