Let me tell you a true story about an installation company we hired to install new Granite countertop, sink faucet, tiled backlash.(this is not about the $$$) After we chose countertop, we also selected sink/ faucet. There was also tile we selected. Was told there were things we would have to hire somebody to prep kitchen for installation, and they recommend somebody the work with, does great work, and if you choose him they'd coordinate with him well. He would do all the work we don't! Next the countertop installer came by to do final measurements. Gave office a call said both guys came by did there final measurements so all ready to go. We had to pay 40% upfront, (which I found out that should have been a red flag ??). The day the installation was to take place didn't happen, reason being office neglected to line up (coordinate with the one recommended) the guy to undo plumbing and remove old countertop. So we had to reschedule install and hire a plumber to disconnect plumbing.(at our cost ) Plumbing got disconnect but installers didn't show up. (So we have no water in kitchen for 5 days and had to wash dishes in bathroom sink) Finally they showed up with countertop and did the installation...looked absolutely beautiful and love it !! But they left my range in the middle of kitchen, never put it back where it belongs and also removed the spacer that held the dishwasher in and left ! So now I could not use my range ! Yes, but this is not the end ..yet . They forgot the spacer behind the range that the installation guy measured for. And never was installed..... So we just had it with being called a liar, Multiple times..the being patronized, like we have tried to accommodate you in so many ways. Oh the reason they didn't put the range back is that people don't buy those kind anymore,. Let it be known that its 4000$ induction range. Now it's payment time... We ask for itemized bill which we never got. Just an updated one with a price increased on the square footage (that had already been fabricated an installed and backslash tile that we never ordered due to the guy she recommended never gave us a quote on how much it was going to cost ! Not over yet... So we sent a check for the original contract. That was not good enough office said, and I will not cash your cheque. You pay the invoice I emailed you which was not an itemized one I asked for)or my husband will be out to collect it if not we will put a lien on you home. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR ABOUT 20 YRS...**** ** *** ***** ***** ***** **
