We purchased a new travel trailer in October 2023 . The trailer was a brand new 2022 . The ********* sales practices are all documented with ********** by telephone records. We were denied financing but we were told when we reapplied with a co-signer that we must not tell the bank that we are living in the unit FULL TIME as they would deny financing again . The finance manager Miranda coached us and the co-signer as we were in a desperate situation as we ***** ************. We paid $115,000 with tax and are paying $35,000 in interest for the financing . We have had multiple issues with leaks and the dealership has refused to produce the initial inspection reports multiple times along with the leak tests from initial sale . We took our trailer to the dealership to be fixed after finally getting them to answer the phone and to hold up their part of the contract that was covered under warranty..The trailer was returned damaged and had been used as a staff break room while at the dealership for an estimated 6 weeks . The u bend in the shower was broken on its return and flooded the under carriage damaging electrical wiring , insulation for the sewage and black tanks , the water damage has also caused the heating ducts pipes to disintegrate and loose structural integrity, our stove oven has not worked since purchasing despite being told it is working by the service manager , the electrical damage has caused our lighting system in the bedroom to blow a circuit , the glass on the stove was broken at the hinges , there were 2 towels on the floor and evidence of the shower and bathroom being used as the grey tank and black tank were emptied BEFORE going to the dealership , tThe service manager Richard V****** professional conduct has been abhorrent and has denied any wrong doing or responsibility despite us having everything documented and photographed. He has repeatedly broken the contract responsibility’s that we are paying for and are covered by warranty.
