              We have an issue with the **** ***** ****** seat. It dangerously moves and is unstable in the car putting my toddler at risk. The seat moves by over 2.5 cms side to side. We bought it from SnuggleBugz a retail joint and they specifically told us to have it refunded by ***** Canada. ***** Canada is making us go in circles and asking us to send it to SnuggleBugz. SnuggleBugz says as per their policy we should contact the product manufacturer directly. We paid $579.99 plus tax. We just want a refund as it’s a risk to our child to sit in that car seat.

              Do not purchase a car seat from them online. They send old inventory (I received a car seat manufactured in early 2019 in August 2021!). They do not provide any “customer service”. No returns (fair given safety issues), no exchanges, and no partial refunds to apologize for the 2 years of use down the drain. NOT COOL. Manufacturing dates should be shared with the customer prior to buying on items with safety expirations like car seats.
