We have an issue with the **** ***** ****** seat. It dangerously moves and is unstable in the car putting my toddler at risk. The seat moves by over 2.5 cms side to side. We bought it from SnuggleBugz a retail joint and they specifically told us to have it refunded by ***** Canada. ***** Canada is making us go in circles and asking us to send it to SnuggleBugz. SnuggleBugz says as per their policy we should contact the product manufacturer directly. We paid $579.99 plus tax. We just want a refund as it’s a risk to our child to sit in that car seat.Business response
