            BBB unable to locate business
            I have been on a subscription with Cloud 9 Float Spa since 2015.  Each month, I'm being charged for float session.  Due to covid, they have been shut down, however their ******** page mentioned that they will be honoring all float sessions accumulated during this time.  To this day, they are still trying to charge my credit card even though their physical location have closed for over a month.  I've since cancelled that card and have been trying to contact the business to obtain any sort of reply.  It also seems like they've adopted a policy to expire unused floats without informing me as well. I've contacted the company responsible for their scheduling platform (mindbody business) to obtain information or refund to no avail. I have included a purchase/visit history as well as a screenshot from their ******** page which indicates that they're supposed to honour the float credits due to their temporary closure during covid.

            Convinced me to sign up for an expensive monthly membership and then when i went to book my floats, their tank was out of service. They said they would credit my account with unused floats until the tank was fixed. I would call each month but they said they were waiting on parts. I had almost $200 in credits so I called to cancel my membership only to find out they closed the business without telling anyone and are STILL taking payments from my account. The website has been pulled down and no one is answering their phones or ******** page. They are literally ******** money now.
