My television broke so I went to ******* for a new one I found a fifty five inch just in case space was possibly a problem , I ordered the taxi van just for anything that could be a problem, they said it's a dollar extra for the van so I said not a problem. So the van came the television was very light and fit in the hatch back no problems at all. I live proximity about five kilometers away if that. When I and my husband got home with the television and when we got home he decided that we had to pay another twenty dollars and absolutely refused when I got home I gave all told just for the cab fare which was twenty dollars I gave him a four dollar tip ,then he demanded an extra twenty dollars because it was freight however I've had more groceries that was much more in weight and space. **** ** ******* *** * ****** *** **** ******* **** **** ****** ***. In all the years of taking a taxi even with seven suitcases which were very heavy an took way more room then television I never had a problem. The other complaint is from awhile ago this is something you should know. I no cab drivers can charge up front this was knew to me at the Time so it's four in the morning and my boss was going to pay when I got there I offered him my cellphone driver's license gold jewelry until I got there my boss also assured him that he will be paid he threw me out in the pouring rain in an industrial park and told the others on shift not to pick made up I was terrified and I his in the **** until my boss got there I think the driver should have told me this before leaving my home and he should have done the right thing and at least took me home from the miss information one of the scariest night ** ** **** **** ** ** ******* ** ********* ** ****** *** *** *********Initial Complaint

I have always had a great experience with them and with the drivers. This review is a specific complaint with a driver taxi number ** ** ** ** this morning, at 11 am, I got a ride from him; I use taxi savers, but unfortunately forgot my card at home, I travel with them all the time but never had an issue with this before; I do understand it is required, so I told him I would pay him by debit, he insisted that I pay him in cash, and said it would be $20. I said I will not pay $20 for a $10 solar ride, he then said it would be $15, I was distraught but finally agreed to $15. He then shut off his meter Which was now a little over $6. I eventually paid him the $15. Good afternoon ********
I received your complaint on dec 02,2021. As you wrote in the letter this is your second attempt but I didn't receive a letter before from BBB. If a customer complained directly, I didn't receive any call or email from the customer.
According to the customer, the driver taxi number is ** ** ** **. Sorry we don't have any taxi numbers as the customer said. We discussed the matter with taxi cab number ** ***
As per the driver ** *** he confirmed the trip and explained that it was a return trip with one stop. As per the information received by us we found that the charge of $15.00 was reasonable. However, we have taken the matter with the driver about meter off, demanded cash and not issued a receipt. We have given a strict warning to the driver that this should not happen in the future.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused with the customer.
