We are currently involved in a small claims court case with *******************.
Until we have resolution to this legal matter, it is inappropriate to comment further on certain specifics.
In good faith we offered to rent a car for ***** to make sure he made it back home to ************ for Christmas. Also as an act of good faith we agreed with ***** to pay for the Labour ONLY to have the rear differential replaced on his truck.
It is our belief that *****'s truck had preexisting damage as evidenced by the Very Hot gear oil that was drained for his rear differential.
We used all the correct lubricants, all in the correct quantities and followed all of the company policies regarding safeguards for these types of services. All work completed was double checked by multiple Service Techs.
Kind Regards,
