My grande Jeep Cherokee 2014 has been in their possession for approximately 4 weeks. I had this Jeep Diagnosed by the ****** ***** ********** here in Dawson. They gave Me the paperwork stating it was the Transfer case. I then went to **** **** and ordered the part. 3200$ . I then proceeded to take my Jeep to Stewart’s and He told me * **** ******* *** ****** thst he would be able to get the transfer case in the following few days. They Proceeded to apparently do their own scan coding and came up with a conclusion that it was NOT my transfer case but my Transmission and proceeded WITHOUT my knowledge or go ahead and test my transmission apart. I am in a lot of distress as I have had to rent a vehicle. Continues arguments about my vehicle. I returned with the scan codes Stewart’s shop gave Me to ****** ***** and there is no code showing any transmission faults. I was going to trade my vehicle in prior to this but figured if I fixed it first I would get a better trade in offer. Now I’ve been told by ****** *********, also here in Dawson whom have tried to advocate on my behave to **** *******.; that my vehicle has now depreciated thousands. **** is claiming I owe him 5400 for a used transmission and labor costs. He also says it will cost me approximately 8000$ to go ahead and put the transmission in but can’t guarantee that it will fix my vehicle. I am a single mother of 4, I have Paid over 20 000 $ into this vehicle. I have a remaining loan balance of approximately 19,900$ and now I am completely with out a vehicle and am out almost 1000$ with restocking for the transfer case I did have fees and diagnosing and a car rental to be able to get to work. I just want my vehicle back from him the way I took it in. I would really appreciate any assistance you can offer me
