Awful service, I wouldn't even give him 1 start if that was a choice. The owner refused to honor free flat fix warranty, didn't even tell me that he is not going to honor it before fixing the leak, demanded (very rudely) $30 after fixing the tire, I didn't want to argue and paid the money. I noticed that his machinic didn't bother to balance the tire after fixing it, when I mentioned it to the owner, he said we don't balance the tires after fixing the flat, I told him that the weight of the patch imbalance the tire so every tire shop does it, he said I don't care what others do, we don't!!

The worst kind of company in the business. I promise you its worth while to switch to a honest mechanic and honest people .

Well these guy are something else. I asked them to give me a written statement declaring the engine in my car is toast. For **** (long story). I had a quote from their subsidiary company for a used engine replacement but still needed a red seal to make the written statement. ********* is in aldergrove, but I had read they had an outlet closer to me. I called them and dropped my car off on a Saturday, them saying they wouldnt be able to look at it until Tuesday after the long weekend. No problem, however, until I called them Tuesday evening, as I had not heard from them. When I called a receptionist greeted me and said she had nothing written up regarding my vehicle and she would talk to the manager and call me back. NO CALL BACK!Wednesday before noon, I get a call from a mechanic named ****, asking me what the problem was with the car!!!!!I tried to explain but he refused to hear it and cut me off, saying he just want me to tell him the issue. Omg! Ok ok I made it short and sweet as possible. **** calls me back a few hours later and say yes your engine is toast but that he doesnt believe that this is a new issue, telling me his opinion was basically saying Im liar. I told him I didnt ask for his opinion about the the car but that only require a confirmation regarding the motor. Then he mumbled something about the car and then hung up on me. That night I contacted the manager from ********* to ask why they would recommend such an outfit and told them I was concerned they would hand me a bill for a useless statement, as it seemed they had a problem with me or the job they were asked to perform. The told me that ********* was bought out by BC Tires. He listened to what I had to say and seemed genuinely concerned and was apologetic. I asked him if he would please see what he could do on my behalf, to which he agreed and would find out also a time when the assessment would be completed and hed call me back. NO CALL BACK!!!This story gets much worse!!!
