              Open Connection at 108 - 7380 King George Blvd. Staff Manpreet K*** Had opened a non contract mobile account. Went into the store and she couldn’t find my account. So I left contact ***** ******** and went back in with the agent on the phone and now she was able to go x my account. Was completely not necessary to have the phone agent. The ***** agent hung up so I can continue getting the SIM card. Manpreet tells me it’s $25. I said no I am not paying that because I have a email saying it’s $10. She then tells me to go somewhere else. I ask for her name she gives me her card. I leave and call ***** ******** ******* ********** and I go back in that store. She had already left and the ***** agent and myself spoke with ***** there who was amazing. There was no reason for her to treat me like that when I didn’t even get the opportunity to explain before she told me to go somewhere else. I was very upset and angry. You don’t treat people or customers like that
