We had arranged to have a caregiver come in on Jan. 14/22 to care for my wife for 3 hours. They sent me forms to fill out and return and to include a void check. Which was done. The service was provided. I then waited for a invoice to arrive , but it didn’t so on Feb15/22 I contacted them to see what was happening. They then emailed they invoice which I promptly paid on Feb16/22 . Then a couple days later when looking at my bank account I noticed they had put a charge to my bank account. So a double payment. I then called them and they checked and agreed that had happened. When I asked them to refund the extra payment they said they would check and get back to me in a couple days. So I wait a week and no call soI call again and was told they were aware of the error and that the extra payment would be on account for a future service. At this time I informed them that was unacceptable and For them to issue a refund. I was told that a manager would contact me and of course no call. All I am requesting is a refund of th over payment as I may never use this company again . I do have the documents for this but am sorry to say I am not that computer savvy.Customer response
