week of August 3, 2022 - spoke with Store Manager (Susan K***) and I was going to receive a full refund of my purchase, of which will be picked up on August 6, 2022. (my purchase was: Mattress, Mattress Support, fee to discard old mattress, fee for delivery). She said I did not have to pay the pick up fee, because of the hardship I had suffered from the misleading information I was given to cause my purchase. I had asked if I could keep the Support and in exchange I would then pay for the pickup, which I thought was fair. She agreed. When I get my refund the next day, she had charged me for the Support, which I did not expect. We discussed the following weeks, and agreed we both had misunderstandings, and again she mentioned I should not have paid for the pickup. Since then, I have verbally requested this accidental payment (which was CASH picked up by the drivers, when the picked up the returned item), and denied twice. I have also written her via email, requesting these funds back, of which she has not responded. Our last conversation on August 25, 2022, she said to me that these funds are already gone!???, at which time I asked for a receipt. This request has also been ignored and to date do not have a receipt for this CASH. I have also experienced some **** shady practices from this company, during this whole ordeal. briefly - *** ** **** *** ******* when I had returned the Mattress Support because they took my Original invoice and refused to return it to me, even though I had to come back 4 days later for my refund!. I was sold this Support on the premise that I did not know if my bed slat spacing was 2" or less, which was a warranty requirement. Only to ************ find out that the Support they sold me had slats 7" apart - **** * ****. I had also purchased the Mattress based on the showroom bed, that they said was new. The bed they delivered did not reflect theirs and was told later that the showroom bed was too old to be valid, which they since changed
