    Date of service : December 4, 2020 - Job: Replace current heating system with a new one and place our old stove/stove pipes into our shed. - Job was not completed, and company removed items (our stove & stove pipes) off our property without consent...it was supposed to be moved to one of our Estate sheds..as stated prior and during the job. - I tried to call 3-4 times Jan. 2021-May-ish 2021 asking for update with completing job, bringing our stuff back, stated invoice won't be paid until job completed and stuff is brought back and the invoice is made out to me when it should be under our Estate. *** (the owner I believe) acknowledged job not done and that our stuff be brought back when they come to complete the job.. - I gave up chasing them to finish job. ALL of 2021 never heard a thing from them, no call, email, mail...nothing. - February 25, 2022: Suddenly I receive voicemail that we have outstanding balance and have 7 days to pay it or being sent to collections! (again, invoice still in my personal name & job not done, etc)... - I call back, the lady kept cutting me off, giving me attitude, yelling, telling me *** told her to say this and that. Threatened numerous times that she hang up and send me to collections, that I'm lucky she hasn't yet! Made comment several times about "Who takes 2 years to pay a bill!" Told me that *** said he is not finishing job, not bringing our stuff back and that we need to come grab it as they can't store it much longer. * So, they don't finish job, they take our stuff (which had $3500 ish value), for a whole year not once did they try to reach out and even let us know they cannot complete the job anymore or even try saying we owed money...then they suddenly act like we asked them to store our stove, say we must come for it, the invoice is still incorrect and they haven't even adjusted price to show the job not being done and removal of the value of things they kept without consent! ***** **** ***** ******** ** *** ******
