I had such high expectations for this company after reading so many 5 star reviews online. I did not experience a quality tile installation. What I got was some fairly nice materials destroyed by a ******** attempt at a professional tile installation. What seems like an amateur attempt was done, with absolutely zero care, accuracy, workmanship or attention to detail. The installer did not care or he did not possess the skill set to do a professional tile installation. Tile spacers not used on floor tiles resulting in large variances in tile gaps. Consistent crooked and unlevel tiles. Grout that was either incorrectly mixed and or applied with too much water resulting in black grout that turned light grey. Grout falling out within a few weeks of job completion etc... There are many other issues which are evident in some of the pictures. I did reach out to Bridgeport. They admitted it was not their best work but were only willing to replace "The Toe Stubbers" and give me about $100 in materials to fix the kitchen back splash they had cut too far back for the range hood stack(resulting in exposed drywall). I also received enough tile to do the laundry backsplash that was supposed to be installed as part of my build. (Not Bridgeport's Fault) I appreciate that Tim did everything he could to help within the limits of his authority. Unfortunately, $100 in materials and a discount on future flooring is not enough, it does not fix the mess that was created by their installer. I did not expect to have to gut two bathrooms and a laundry room in my new house but ultimately, this is what is going to happen. I am so disappointed in this company. They could have done much better.
