On Oct 6 2022 this business charged $508.08 to our company business card (*** *********** ******** ***** * ******** ** ******* ***********) for room bookings that had been cancelled on Oct 3 2022. Numerous attempts to speak to someone have proved unsuccessful. During the 1st telephone conversation I was advised the computers were down. On the 2nd conversation the front desk could not help me so I was transferred to the Manager. I left a voice message for the Manager to return my call. I called again on Nov 29 2022, in the AM, approximately 2 1/2 weeks after I left the Manager a message and was advised the Manager was not in but would be in at 11:30 AM. I asked for voicemail and left another message. I did not receive a call back so I called back on Nov 29 2002 in the PM and was advised the Manager had left. I advised the front desk I would be filing a complaint as they were non-responsive. Emails were also sent from our business email regarding this matter and no response has been received.
