      Top notch service and delivery. I could not have been happier with the products, service and pricing. They actually recommended a bulb and sleeve combo pack to save me additional money when I was searching for the products individually on their site. There was a small international fee but I still received the best price online. The shipping was pretty fast even though the product came from ****** and the product was well wrapped. A++++

      An order online formed at ********* affiliated company, *** ************** aka HomePlus Products Inc. It showcased TWH inventory on offer, generated sales contract, charged **** with explicit delivery/commitment TOS. So a $103 order formed for a TWH, paid for on my end. One thing that happens, you get an email reiterating what just happened. A change was sent back to update address ; it accepted this for several days. Grant, updated my order indicative of HomePlus Products Inc acceptance. But then radio silence goes on for a week. He rejected it during interim apparently. A gal named Traci left a **** *********** message. *** **** **** *** *** *** ********** ** ***** ** * ******. She's like "whatever" dude, that kind. So to Sir Grant I turn for answers, no replies as in "nada", so emailed him, and then called office again. Nada going on. No answers by design. Sarah confirms my order's in, all good (her tone), a refund had occurred like a hiccup, we chat, but shipment tracking may be expected next. Gnarly. Grant's attention here is key cause now first girl, Traci, the one resounding her non-exemplary tone on review, is his new tack. ******* ****** *** * ***** ** ***** ***** ****** **** ** ******** *** ** *********** expectation for HomePlus Products Inc to ship as promised, ***** ******* *** ** ********* *** **** **** *********** ** *********. Traci was plant in place to express no compunction about tossing out my purchase. Benefit of hindsight speaking. ***** ************** **** *** **** ** **** ************ ****** You can sense ******** *********** in its ********** unwind and dismissal of purchase offer formed. No "but" as it cancels orders without asking; it may come back at you later, maybe pay $22 more? In its About Us infomercial online, "The warehouse-direct structure allows us to pass on excellent pricing to our customers, while at the same time, our highly trained staff ensure that all customers receive expert advice and prompt customer service." (****************************************** ) This false inference speaks for itself. They will speak at you in a manner that suits them without respect for deal on record. Their Traci expressed its "our way or the highway" followed by Grant's good-copping an offer to charge more for same I gave it 3 stars for said drama, ******** ** * ***** ***** *** ***** ** ******** *** ********** ** **** *****, ******** ** * **** ** ******** **** ***********

      This customer made several price beat requests through our website in September that were rejected as they were below cost. He then proceeded to order a different refurbished model online. Our website very clearly indicates that free shipping is only offered in Canada and the USA but be is in Puerto Rico. We offered a reduced shipping cost to his area (less than actual cost). We made an effort to accommodate this customer on fair and reasonable terms. I strongly dispute the implications regarding us not replying "by design" and of the attitude he feels that he received from staff. Customer was given a full refund since he did not want to proceed.
