            - Consumers complained that they were not given refunds despite requesting multiple times and did not hear back from the business regarding their requests - Consumers complained that there was no explicit process stated for requesting refunds

            We offered Good2GoCo the opportunity to address the above identified patterns. We did not receive their response.


            Alert:
            On March 18, 2024, Good2GoCo came to the attention of BBB on our BBB scam tool. Namely from the year 2024, BBB has been contacted by a sudden influx of consumers that have raised some significant concerns about the products orders but were not received.  These consumers were concerned about the lack of response and the non delivery service by the company.  We also asked about their advertisement of their products being 'sold out'.

            As of May 1, 2024, BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business. All phone numbers, websites, and emails are disconnected. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to contact legal counsel.

              Transaction date *** 19/24,paid by **** full amount .trans #****** for survival dried food;no return emails in this time period,and cant reach them ,by phone or email ,i see a red flag by BBB FOR THIS SITE NOW.I TRIED TO REACH THEM STARTING ONE MONTH AFTER THE ***** WAS PLACED,BUT NO REPLY OTHER THAN WE WILL RESPOND IN 7-10 BUISNESS DAYS OF PURCHACE.

              ************** placed an order for two glass laundry washboards on Aug 13, 2023 with Good2GoCo for $130.97.The order was ratified by the company; my payment was immediately taken and initially I was told that the delivery would arrive in a couple of days. From August until late 2023, I received a number of polite/different email excuses regarding a delay in delivery arrival. Since then, I have unsuccessfully attempted numerous times to contact the company but received little or no reply. Good2Go now appears to be shut down. My money was never returned nor were the ordered items ever sent to me. Moreover, the company has ignored me as a customer and apparently done the same to others. In all fairness I would like to see some action taken against this company so that all of us who have been cheated can receive some retribution.
