I placed an order with Good2Go on January 8, 2024. The order #****** was items amounting to $109.31 CAN. My **** Card was charged accordingly. From that point on, I sent many emails requesting a status and also called repeatedly. Both received lengthy robo responses indicating that Good2Go was responding to customer inquiries via email only and that they would respond in 3-7 business days. I am so disappointed with this situation. I have made many successful purchases with Good2Go and they were always very prompt with processing and delivering orders.Initial Complaint

On April 5 2023 we/I purchased a chicken plucker and scalder from this company totaling $1423.78. We were informed there was a back order on this items. We didnt receive the plucker until the fall. As of today we still have not received the scalder ($529.99 plus tax). I have send lots of emails asking about when it is going to be delivered. Once I sent an email ( late last fall) and I got a phone call from them assuring me it was coming.This is the first time weve ever had this happen to us and we dont know how to proceed to get a refund. If you could assist us or steer us in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. ThanksInitial Complaint

I purchased an All American Canner ($774.85) October 26, 2023 and Tattler Canning lids ($113.10) on September 29, 2023. They were back ordered but payment was made so shipment could happen as soon as the canner/ lids arrived. Shipment was never made, my order showed as unfulfilled until the website was shut down. I have tried many times to contact the business but no return emails have been sent and phone did not take messages.The business looks defunct and Im out my money.Initial Complaint

Purchased seventeen items on December 6, 2023 online from Good2Go. At time of delivery, I noted that four items were on back-order. I have followed up multiple times with company since then via phone and email, most recently requesting a refund but have not received any response back. Now their website is down. I purchased 7 items from the Good2Go online store (they sold outdoor equipment, backpacking food, etc) totaling $166.65 (including taxes) on November 14, 2023. The order was charged to my credit card, but never fulfilled. When I requested an update on the status of my order (November 21, 2023), the representative ******* indicated that their order of one of the items was delayed and when it arrived, they would ship the order. Various back and forth emails took place until I received the last email from ******* on Jan 12, indicating that they were still awaiting their re-stocking order and would fulfill my order once it arrived. I followed up again on March 6, 2024 asking about the status of my order and have received no response since then. I have checked their website (**********************************) and it is now defunct or non-existent. It appears that they have closed their business.Initial Complaint

I purchased a jet boil ******* base camp Dec 6 from Good2goco. Cost ******. I never received the item by Christmas. In the new year I emailed the company. No response. In March I asked them to refund the money and that I would reorder it elsewhere. They finally cancelled the order but no refund came. They have quit answering my emails and do not take phone calls. In May of 2023, I made a payment by e-transfer of nearly $3000. This was to be put towards a Harvest Right freeze dryer. They said I could send money as often as I wanted. I didnt have any extra funds for the summer, and early winter I started seeing posts online about the company not sending out orders, cancelling orders, etc. I attempted to reach out, and have not heard back. *** tried multiple avenues to get my money back and thinking Ill need to go to small claims next.
