I have been a loyal client at Lakeshore for at least 7 years plus and have spent a lot of money there, recently I started to have some facial treatments that include fillers, while i generally have seen ****************** for these procedures and had no issues. The issue I do have is with one of her nurses who poorly injected my lips *** ***** *** **** ************ ******** ***** *** ******** * *** . This business claims to have a satisfaction guarantee. "Medical excellence , Beautiful results" When I brought up my concerns about my lips looking distorted due to the filler migrating to the outer edges of my lips I noticed a distinct change in how I was treated amongst the staff. I brought my concerns to ****************** because she is in fact the Doctor, seems by doing this the injector took offence and claimed the therapeutic relationship between her and I was broken and unrepairable?after numerous emails between me and the injector I was basically told to go somewhere else and that the entire team at lakeshore would not be able to serve me and best I find an injector else where who could satisfy me??? needless to sayI was floored by this response and unprofessional way this company has managed themselves. * **** ***** *** *** ****** **** ** * ***** **** ** ***** ***** *** **********, now because I expressed concerns about MY FACE and some dissatisfaction about migrating lip filler I am asked not to come back ? thats just wrong unprofessional . I am a paying customer , I should be able to express concern about my face *********** I didnt address it with the injector first that does not warrant being asked to go else where, I also dont appreciate how they have railroaded me out by saying none of their injectors would be able to satisfy me thats not true , ***** ****** *** **** ********* *** *********** ** ***** **** *I do not feel I should be asked to go else where, thats fine if that injector not longer wishes to see me I can deal with that, I am a paying customerBusiness response

[***** forgive us for the slow response to this issue. Due to the wildfires in ************, we are currently still out of our house on evacuation. Though our house was not lost, one of the team did lose their home.]
We are writing in response to the complaint filed by *****************************, concerning her recent experience at Lakeshore Medical Aesthetics Clinic. We deeply value the trust our clients place in us and are committed to addressing all concerns with transparency and respect.
Duration of Service: ***** has been a valued client for over seven years, and we acknowledge her loyalty to our clinic. Our primary aim has always been to provide medical excellence, ensuring our clients' safety and satisfaction.
Procedure Concerns: Upon *****'s expressed concerns about her treatment, we took immediate action. Contrary to the assertion that there was a failure in service, our medical records including over 50 chart notes and consent forms, and 167 before-and-after photos stand as evidence that the treatment was carried out as agreed upon and without complications. Out of a commitment to our patient's peace of mind, and despite the aforementioned documentation, we provided two complimentary treatments to dissolve the dermal filler.
Doctor-Patient Interaction: ***** expressed a desire to communicate directly with ****************** regarding her concerns without the RN present who had treated her. Respecting her wishes, ****************** did meet with her, with a neutral team member was there as a witness, taking notes throughout the conversation to maintain transparency and professionalism.
Missed Appointment: We believe in continuous care and scheduled a follow-up appointment for ***** to ensure her well-being post-treatment. However, she did not attend this appointment.***** *** *********** **************************** of medical aesthetics is trust trust in the skills, judgment, and advice of the medical professionals. Unfortunately, it became evident that ***** no longer had this trust in ********************** expertise or our clinic's practices. Given this breakdown in trust, it was our professional judgment that ***** would be better served by seeking services where she feels more aligned.
It may be relevant to highlight the challenge we have had in satisfying *****************************... *** **** ****** *************** dismissed a retirement home employees complaint after finding her claims did not have sufficient evidence.
***************************************************************************************************In conclusion, at Lakeshore Medical Aesthetics Clinic, our priority remains the well-being and satisfaction of our clients. We have made every effort to address *****'s concerns with the utmost care and professionalism. We genuinely wish her the best in her future endeavors.
