We paid a deposit on February 17th 2022 of $3,256.50 for new kitchen cabinets. We have yet to receive any product and it is nearly impossible to get any communication. Tasha, the owner always has some sort of excuse and says she will call to discus but never has. When we do hear from her, only after days of me constantly texting or calling, there are constant lies about weather the product is there or not and we are never able to pick it up. She screens my calls and sometimes even blocks my number . We have even gone to the storefront to wait and see if she shows up but never has. ** **** **** **** ** ******** ** *** ******** **** ** **** **** **** ****** *** ****** ** ***** *** **** *** ******** *** ***** *** **** **** **** **** *** *** ******** ******** ***** ****** ** **** I have kept all of our conversations via text, mostly me trying to get ahold of her and get some answers. We need our new cabinets so that we can continue to finish our renovations. We have also asked for a refund and she said that she would have to send the product back before we could get a refund so another lie, if our product was there why can we not come pick it up. I ordered kitchen cabinets on April 6 2022 and paid a $4618.09 deposit on April 7th. AOK will not provide a delivery date nor will they refund my money. The store front has now been emptied out, my voicemails and text messages go unanswered and he owners are completely ghosting me.Initial Complaint

Purchased cabinets and countertops. Paid over 7,000 deposit on 14,000 purchase. Received some cabinets but not all and no countertops. Company has had every excuse as to why no product. Have requested refund over two months ago on numerous occasions with no action being provided. Just more excuses as accountant not in. Provided measurements for kitchen cabinets and paid a deposit of $1814.96 on my MC on March 8,2022 to AOK Flooring and Kitchen Kelowna BC. I requested a cabinet configuration and detailed invoice so I could confirm what I was paying for and receiving. I was told I would receive cabinets in 1 to 6 weeks. I continued to request a configuration and invoice several times a week. April 27 I drove 2 hours to pick up cabinets and she had no idea which cabinets were mine. She provided me with cabinets and I paid an additional $1761.76 by e transfer for a total of $3576.72. When I arrived home I discovered 2 of the cabinets were wrong and one was missing and all of the cabinets were shorter than I was told I would be getting. May 3rd I returned the 2 cabinets on the promise of them being replaced when I arrived. She did not have the replacement cabinets. I was told they would be shipped directly to me that week. I said I was going to dispute the MC charge until I received the cabinets or a refund. It is July 3rd and I have never had anything shipped to me and I have never been refunded for the cabinets I was shorted. I made a third trip to purchase a similar fridge cabinet from another supplier and AOK gave me 1 base cabinet in an effort to try and cobble something together. The mistakes caused me significant added costs. Of the 9 cabinets required I ended up with 7. Because I was not given an invoice, the best I can do is to divide $3576.72 by 9 and multiply by 2 (which is the # of cabinets I was shorted). which is $794.83 If I am provided with the original configuration / invoice that is a different amount I am happy to consider it. MC will not follow through with my dispute request because AOK never provided me with invoiced amounts for the missing cabinets, even though the vendor admitted my order was short and I had not been given a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid a deposit via etransfer for $2597.84 for cabinets on March 25/22. Tasha G****** one of the owners said it would be up to 6 weeks. I have months of text messages save as she mainly communicated via text. I have had Every excuse to family emergencies to my cabinets are here just missing a few short staffed pallets stacked she can’t go through them herself. I have been more than patient and trying to be understanding of life situation. Still nothing other than excuses and I have requested many time to just get my deposit. To come and get them to oh they aren’t all here yet. It is now. June 27/22 and still nothing but excuses.Initial Complaint

On dec16 I put a down payment on kitchen cabinets. $1725. Was told she ordered me tall upper cabinets. When I received them they were standard size. Said she’d fix the problem but here we are 5 months later and I still don’t have them and I am trying to sell my house . She also received a down payment for a counter top $1764 which I didn’t receive and she won’t give me a refund. She has **** and **** and **** some more about why I Havnt received my cabinets. Ordered kitchen cabinets on October 22 2021. We're told kitchen cabinets would arrive by November 5 2021. We called about kitchen cabinets and were given a lot of excuses why kitchen cabinets have not arrived. We gave a deposit of 2520.00 on October 22 2021 via etransfer. On December 13 2021 we sent a demand letter for money back, via registered mail. As to date Tasha has not returned call. Don't know what else to do.Initial Complaint

I purchased cabinets which were never received or installed. No service was received from this company and no product was received. I was promised a full refund nearly two months ago now. So far they have only refunded $3000 and I am still owed $5256.
