      On Weds, April 17th at 10:30 am, I went with a friend to 'Queen of floors and more' to discuss purchasing kitchen cabinets. We spoke with ***** (owner I believe). I gave her the details including dimensions and style and color of what I was looking for, she showed us samples and cupboards, and said she could get them to my project in ******* by next week - a week from that date. She said I could put down a deposit and the rest later.Because she said she could get them to me that quickly, I placed the order. After I had placed the order and was going to pay the deposit, she told me that 1) I had to pay the full amount up front, and 2) that she didn't take credit cards and that if I wanted to pay by credit card she would charge me an extra 3%. I told her I would do the e transfer that she requested. As I was unable to pay the full amount of etransfer due to my banks daily limits, I transferred ******* leaving a balance of $408.95 for the 5 cupboards.On the initial order, I noticed that she had ordered the wrong sizes - the complete opposite of what I asked for. (good thing I looked closely). At that point, I figured it was just a simple mistake that would be a one-off, and not the pattern of unprofessionalism that followed.To make a long story shorter, the next 2 weeks involved a series of excuses including being sick, not having anyone to cover or adequate help, shipping delays, being snippy with me on the phone, unknown delays, not 'recalling' what I ordered, poor communication and catching her in lies.She wanted the final amount before I received my cupboards, but I told her that due to what had been happening, I would wait until I received them and checked them. I was able to get someone to pick them up from the warehouse in ******* on May 7th, approx. 2 weeks late. I had turned down other work on the week I expected them and lost this income.Finally, the product is not even what I ordered! She will not refund me or respond to texts.
