  TERRIBLE! In December 2024, we booked a move with this company in ********, **. However, on the moving day, they didn't show up and called to inform us that their movers were unavailable. This unexpected situation left us in a state of shock and uncertainty. When we inquired about rescheduling, they couldn't confirm any alternative date. With other people needing to move into our place, we were left scrambling to arrange other movers at an extra cost. This company is highly unreliable.We emailed the company to request a refund of our deposit, but received no response. We had to call them to check on the status and were told that the deposit had been returned to our credit card. There was no communication until we reached out! The lady on the phone mentioned that "we normally don't issue refunds on deposits," as if they were doing us a special favor by returning the deposit when THEY had failed to show up. Their lack of accountability was very frustrating - definitely avoid this company.

  We have the Two Small Men with Big Hearts moving for us on 2024-10-30.We had taken pictures to show what we had that needed to be moved. It was quoted to by as 3 to 6 hours moving time and at $285/hour. So, I am thinking if it would take 3 to 6 hours to move all the things in the pictures I showed to the moving company before I moved most of boxes and some furniture's. I would still be ok if it was to **** * hours on the high side of their estimates. (Lets say the estimate cost was $2000 with tax)On the date the move, a lot of the boxes were moved by ourself, that meant 100% of all the boxes in the garage (2 car Garage full of boxes) and that was the majority of the boxes were moved to the new location by ourself. Some of the tables, chairs and smaller pieces of furniture's were also moved by ourself. By the time they finished the move it was over 11 hours according to them. When the movers come on the date of the move they asked me to sign something before they were willing to start the move or they would not start the remove and all this was new to us and not told to us before hand.They broken a few items and the company refuse to compensate for the broken items.We ended up paying $4,163.32 over double the estimate price quoted the less than half of the items required from them to move. During the booking of the time slot and after the move all the communication was done through the phone call or text. After the moving was done we contacted the company about damaged items and they asked for pictures to be send to them. I texted the pictures to them and have no response from the moving company at all. About a month later I looked at the email with I don't use or look at often and then I saw email from the company saying I am not responding to their email and no pictures were send and then they said that they are closing the case. I then responded to their email saying that I did not see their email and I resend the picture to them with the email.

  Friends of the Library - Kelowna ***** and his team over the past few years have done an excellent job. We are always happy to have them provide us with outstanding service. Their attention to detail and punctuality has contributed to making our annual book sales a success. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

  one of my best friends had this company two small men with big hearts hired to move her to her new place , she was charged $2400 $!Their services were paid for and they had six hours of billed time to load up the truck bring it to the new place unload and help help set up her stuff. she was promised three movers. She was only provided with two. the two that she had were two young guys who spent more time having a conversation with each other and arguing in another language, then getting stuff done. when the truck was finally packed it had taken them almost half the time they had to get it done. the most sickening part is when they got to the new place they told my girlfriend who is a single mother with two small children that their time was done and they would have to leave her stuff in her driveway. She said absolutely not. You cannot do that when she tried to contact the manager of the company He wouldnt answer her, and he hung up on her. He was very rude. He told her it was his day off. He is not dealing with this. They can either leave her stuff there in the driveway, or he can tell them to put it in storage and she can pay for it ! this is unacceptable how dare he treat her like that! so in conclusion, this company is a joke. Poor management poor time management skills. I do not recommend using this company.!! Please, everyone be aware! if I could leave zero stars, I would unfortunately I have to leave one!!??

  I recently used this moving company to move from Kelowna to ******* and they were fantastic. I received my stuff the next day so didnt have to wait for a week to get my stuff, they were quick and really easy to deal with. Especially *****, who was amazing and was really patient with my move. I will definitely be using this company again. So thank you for bringing all my stuff in one piece.*****

  Used this moving company for an out of town move. Was happy with the service we received. Showed up on time as was stated to us. Delivery the following day also went as smooth. ******* and his team were very helpful and respectful of our contents and wishes. Would recommend Two small men with big hearts for your moving needs.

  Great service from dispatch and very impressed with the crew who showed up to move our belongings. They took good care of our things and worked very hard and came in under the estimated time. Highly recommend Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving!

  Very happy with 2 Small Men Moving Company who moved us out of Kelowna. The driver, ******, had years of experience with organizing and knowing how to efficiently pack the truck in the best way. This was very reassuring and we greatly appreciated his manner each step of the way. They packed up half of our belongings one day and everything was handled extremely well, including a lot of fine china. The crews on both ends knew exactly how to go about their jobs in a fast, helpful and friendly way. Would definitely recommend 2 Small Men. ****** and ****

  The movers with 2 Small Men were professional, friendly, and worked hard. We lived in a three-story townhouse and the movers steadily went up and down our many stairs. We were using a *** ***** *** (with whom they are partnered), and the movers packed our container efficiently and finished in perfect time for our container pickup. Highly recommended!
