We paid $1464.75 for a "lifetime guarantee" of ongoing support and only to have our dog worse off than they would have been with no training at all. When we raised the issue with the trainer, he told us we should explore our dog's boundaries and every time he growls we should shout "bah" at him as a dominance control. In other words, even after explaining that this method had exacerbated our dog's fear aggression, we were told to continue punishing our dog for being afraid. The very reason he snaps, is because he is being told that growling is unacceptable, when all he is doing is trying to tell us he feels scared. This is the back bone of their training method and clearly they don't have the expertise to advise otherwise.
