    Very posh office but unprofessional. I went to pick up the equipment for an overnight sleep test and was given instruction as we sat in the lobby. I was pretty sure I understood it all but I never dreamed that was it - that there would be absolutely no written instructions included. I got home, went to set the gizmo up and did my best to remember what I was told in the lobby. I went to fill out the form which is so badly done (doesn't give you room to respond to questions) and of course made mistakes. So because I like to help and I'm great at creating forms, I just made up a template that they could use going forward. I printed out a blank copy and then filled in my info and printed that out as well. The next day I brought the results back. I told them I messed up the form and sooner than make it worse, I re-did it and had attached a blank copy. I also had a flash drive with the word document if they'd like it. No answer. I was told someone else had re-done the form but it was in a format totally different, she was happy mine was the same format only more clear. Still, no word about accepting my gift of the new form. I wondered why, if someone else felt as I did, that the form wasn't adequate, wouldn't they welcome an updated user friendly one given as a gift? I guess not. Anyway... that's their choice. I also suggested they have an instruction sheet included with the equipment as many people will not remember all the instructions thrown at them while sitting in the lobby. I was told there was a problem with my test and to wait to see if they could use what was there. I waited more than 20 minutes and was then told yeah, sure, they can use what's there. I had been given an appointment phone call to hear the results. I waited 45 minutes, no call. I waited the next day figuring I'd hear from them as to what the delay was. Nothing. I emailed asking about it and was told they had "cell tower issues". If THEY had issues, shouldn't they have been contacting patients as soon as those issues were resolved???? Instead it was up to me to find out why I never heard from them in the first place and up to me to rebook?? What would have been appropriate and professional is a response like: "*** ********** ** **** ****** ** ***** ******** ** **** *** *** ** **** ***** ****** ******* ** *** ********** ** **** ** ** ***** **** *** ******* ** ******".... Not sure if I'll ever get my results but I have asked them to email the results to me and my doctor. We'll see ...
