We contracted Nina's pet sitting services on March 18, 2023 and a deposit of **** was paid. She was to pet sit for us in our home from June 2nd until June 17th. We did a meet and greet with her in March where she let us know that Pet sitting was her main business and that she will be with our 2 dogs most of the day, only leaving for a maximum of 4 hours a day. She *** *** ******** ***** *** ******** *** had a full time schedule leaving our pets for 10 hours at a time *** ********* **** ** *** ***** ** *** ****** Our neighbours **** ******* ** ** *** *** ***** ***** *** complained about excessive barking. On June 4th she lost one of our dogs, who was found by a stranger who luckily ran into one of our neighbours who then returned her home. On June 6th she left our home at 1:40pm (we have video cameras on the outside of our home which was disclosed to her) and she only returned at 6am the next morning, leaving our animals without care for 18 hours. At this point we asked her to leave our home as she was not giving the care to our animals as contracted *** *** *** ***** ************ We had to pay an additional **** on the day she started the pet sitting. We would like a refund of half of our money as she was not ****** *** forthcoming about the services that will be delivered and failed to provide safe care for our pets as contracted.
