Date oct *****th took **** in for diagnosis of charge issue, dropped off oct13 instructed I would received a call with diagnosis and est of repair. Oct 16 called 1:30pm for status told working on it would be called. called 5pm still working on it and that components replaced still not fixed. At this point in time I told them because of no communication or authorization to replace parts. That I would be down at the store to pick the **** up at 630pm and to reassemble the **** and leave the screen unglued. Tried to charge me ***** diagnosis then reversed the charge when I questioned that no diagnosis had been competed.Took my **** to another repair business on oct 16th and had **** repaired in 1 hour. Which at this time discovered that global had damaged the **** screen internally. oct ************************************************************* as well sent email at ****am oct 18 went to global to show damages and had employee document my damages, photo taken. As told owner, manager would be sent a email and I would be contacted. Oct 23 no attempts to reach out to me have been made.Oct 23 went to store again to file another complaint and take photo of business license. To this date ********************** has not returned any emails or calls I need global repairs to pay 699 plus tax ****** so that I can take my device to ***** and have a oem screen and trained *************** install the parts
