I ordered a part from this company 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. There is no way to contact them except their form, which they do not answer. Do not purchase from Canada Tool Parts.

I ordered 2 parts for my ****** vacuum from Canada Tool Parts on Oct. 14, 2022, and decided to call them the following week to get an estimate of when I would be receiving the parts. They were very helpful and responsive, and told me my order should be shipped out within a few days - and it was! On Oct. 21, 2022 I received an email telling me my order had been shipped out with ********* and the tracking number. I was very happy to receive my parts on Oct. 27, 2022. Would definitely use this company again.

I placed an order with Canada Tool Parts (a division of AC Power Tool Clinic) in June of 2021. After waiting patiently for my order to be processed I finally sent them an email to get an update in late July. On August 6 they finally shipped my order but indicated that one item was not available at that time and that it would be shipped later when they received it from the manufacturer. In December 2021 I sent another email asking about the missing part and no response was sent. On February 1, 2022 I was sent a message indicating that my "order was complete". There was no indication that they had shipped the missing item so I called them directly to find out if they had mailed it to me. I was connected to their order/shipping staff and when I asked for confirmation the person I was speaking with told me they would have to call me back. That was 4 days ago and no callback has been received, and two more emails have gone unanswered. I would not recommend this company to anyone, you are better off dealing directly with the tool manufacturer for your parts ** ***** ****** **** ** ******* They take your money and do not make any attempt to deliver on what they promise on their website. I cannot believe they don't have numerous complaints and negative reviews as I can't be the only one who has received such poor service and non response to my requests for information. **** ** **** * **** *** ****** ** * ****** ******* ********* *** **** **** ******* ****** ** ***** ********  I think waiting patiently for 7 month before writing this review was pretty fair on my part. Don't make the same mistake I did, buy from another parts supplier!
