Im thrilled with the work done by these guys. I am a big fan of bbb accredited businesses and so I found Seawest this way. They were one of 3 different hard wood companies I reached out to and I eventually settled on Seawest. Its a bit of a ****** when you are going strictly by other peoples reviews but they easily exceeded my expectations! From the first person you speak with on the phone (who answered my many many questions so patiently) to the friendly owner who does the work, these guys are wonderful! I was a bit nervous about how quickly they said they could do the work compared to someone else saying they needed a week, but they met and exceeded all my expectations! They did the floors at the ***************** restaurant in downtown ********* so really my 70 year old house floors must have been a cakewalk Im sure. And not only did my floors look absolutely fantastic, but after I fully paid them and then I made a mistake and called them a week later thinking something was wrong (and there was nothing wrong there was just some dirt on the floor that my painter left) they came all the way back out within the hour (which meant they left within minutes of me calling since its a long drive for them to *********) fixed MY mistake by cleaning my floors without the slightest complaint or embarrassment to me, and even left me some supplies! Like wow! When do you get wonderful customer service like this nowadays! Often when you fully pay a company you never hear from them or it takes a while before they come round again if you have an issue. These guys are the opposite they truly take care of their clients. They are an A+ top notch company who you can trust with your floors!
