****** from On Point Contracting had his team come in and build a 10 x ************************** August 2022. Come Autumn, the rainy weather resulted in a leak in our shed. I called ****** and he had his team come in to put a tarp over the shed and said he would be back when the weather was nicer. I have tried to contact ****** by phone, text and email several times with no reply. My hope is for his team to come in to repair the roof and reseal it with a leak test to ensure that the repairs are made property to ensure this is no longer an issue moving forward?The items in our shed are getting damaged due to this lack of attention.Initial Complaint

they repaired and replaced deck. in addition to faulty workmanship which includes spongy movement due to inappropriate installation of tongue and groove plywood, they used construction adhesive inappropriately. They did not slope the deck ,so when it rains, water pools. The vinyl decking material is separating at the seams in several areas, which poses tripping hazard. construction materials were left at scene, and many nails were collected in the grass.
