Hired Molly Maid Sep 20 2021 for a move out clean. Requested break down of condition and service required prior to cleaning, during the cleaning and after the cleaning. Did not receive details or report requested. Later found out the owner, Shauna B*****, disclosed my personal information and details of the service I hired her team for to an unauthorized third party. This information includes details I had requested but was not given. After emailing Shauna B***** to address my concerns, she has neglected to acknowledge or take any accountability. I am appalled that a business owner could be so unprofessional and have complete disregard for her own companies privacy policy and Personal Information Protection Act. She had to go out of her way to find and forward my information in Feb 2022 (5 months after service) to this third party that was not the customer, yet when I request an explanation she can’t recall the details of the service or take anytime to provide CUSTOMER service.
