      ***** Owner is an amazingly helpful kind person who has gone above and beyond to provide immediate professional service to me with my jewllery needs. She was able to provide not only exceptional service but also guided me to the correct resolution and did not charge us for the for her time spent for analysis. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. call it old school, she makes you feel like family...I wish I met her sooner...simply the best! I will continue to be a customer and refer others to this amazing ********************** Jewllers!! Thank you *****

      Very disappointed in the service I received from Annie the owner of montebello jewelry. I had brought in my diamond stud earring to her to have one made to MATCH exactly. Which she said she could do 100%. Thinking she would give me a good deal as she’s my nanas long time “friend” but boy was I wrong. After having to have it send back twice due to it being completely different from the earring I had brought in to have matched I was guilted into taking it as is cause she couldn’t send it back without 1000$ more cash. The diamond isn’t the same size and it’s in a poorly made setting with prongs being of different sizes and a terrible quality diamond. In no way shape or form would this earring match as a set with the one earring I had left. Instead of telling me that she wasn’t able to match the earring like a good friend would do, she ****** ** **** *** * *** by charging me 700$ (I have the reciept) for ONE SINGLE EARRING. Does that sound like a good deal to you ? No it doesn’t. I phoned and asked her to buy it back as I had to buy a new set just to match the one I had perfectly to which she replied no and that she could MAYBE give me a deal on putting screw backs on. Sorely disappointed and my nana is too. Not good business whatsoever.

      We are saddened to hear that ***. is now, months later, unhappy with our work. **** came to our store and asked to have a diamond stud earring made to replace one she had lost. The quality of diamond requiring replacement was given at a discount (100.00) because of her Nana. We made an earring and she was not happy with result so we made another one. **** picked up the finished second making and was very happy with the results and left the store. A couple of months later **** called the store and said "I see there are really good sales on right now" can I return the earring, get a refund so I can buy a new set elsewhere. I explained that because so much time had elapsed (2months) we were unable to accept a return but would be happy to give a good price for screw backings so she wouldn't lose again. We try to always ensure all of our customers are happy, unfortunately it is not always possible.

      Annie you are lying. You completely ripped me off and you should be ashamed ! After seeing all the times you have been taken to court over shady matters of replacing people diamonds with fake ones I am appalled. I’m giving you one last chance to refund me the money of the earring you had made as it doesn’t match what I had asked for. If you weren’t able to match it you should have said so. If you do not rectify this my nana and I will be taking you to court. You know her number. Make it right. As for you saying I was happy ? I clearly remember leaving your store crying as you guilted me into taking it or I would have to give you 1000$ more dollars to have it made exactly the same. You ripped me off and you go on and on about how my nana is such a good friend ? But you did this to me ? You clearly do not do good business I’ve read this from your reviews on ****** and elsewhere. I want the 680$ back surely that’s worth less than friendship.

      Remember that we put a threaded post and backing on the other earring at no charge to you because your Nana is a good customer. Our cost for this type of work is $150.00 plus labor of $75.00, that is $225.00 that you did not have to pay. Also, please read your receipt as it clearly states, NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE OR CREDIT WITHIN 7 DAYS WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE.

      You leave me with no other choice but to take you to small claims. Guess this is worth the long time friendship that you claim was so special to you. Your criminal record is public and has been noted before in your reviews. This will be the last time you rip someone off.
