Hello, I purchased a car through ******** Langley on September 1st 2023, I spent roughly 94K after my term loan it would be $129,000, so I dealt with a car salesmen who showed me the car in and out and I asked about all the problems, he never told me that the passenger side back door had been repainted not with the original paint and had sand marks, when I purchased it I took it to a detail show and it showed under white light, I came to agreement with the sales manager at that time that this happened and I will wrap my car to hide it and he said to compensate he will give $500 dollars, I said ok fine. Then after driving when I reverse the car, it was making loud noises while braking. I brought it in within the month, they said they would fix whatever the issue is but then said it just brake pads, I didn’t agree because it was super load (still is) so they didn’t fix it. I changed my brake pads which were so worn out, even when they said it still had good amount left, when the mechanic looked it was completely bald and he said the noise is from a damaged rotor ( which they tell me) also I spent extra on infotainment remote then to be told they can pair because it has to be bought through them which I did, I went in and out of that shop so many times with zero solutions, I never got the $500, even when I went twice in person to the manager and he said yup don’t worry I’ll get it sent. I’ve spent almost $1000 more at the locations. I have tried contacting the GM and the new sales manager they never called me back never emailed me back, the sales person and sales manager I dealt with are no longer part of the company. I find it astonishing that I didn’t get taken care of at all and I got *** to and no one is giving me a solution or the money promised and I spent a lot on a car and worst customer service.Initial Complaint

Hello, I dropped off my car and it stayed at your repair shop for fixing the coolant leak, spark plugs and other repairs recommended to me by Service Advisor. I picked up my car on Wednesday March 13th from the service shop and I spent $8600 total on my repairs. On Friday evening the low engine coolant light came back on. Attached are photos of my entire coolant empty and the bottom of my car leaking of coolant. Why did I have my car diagnosed for the coolant leak and paid for the coolant repair if it is still leaking? I believe the repair was never correct and I was charged and not treated in good faith. Attached are photos of my coolant leaking and zero coolant in my tank. My car could have suffered a major issue if I did not check this sooner.
