      I ordered ankle boots 10/17. They sent no confirmation or tracking info. Received more than 2 weeks later. The packaging was a mess, just brown paper covered with tape. There was no packing slip or any paperwork. The boots were gray, not black as I ordered. Also the size was not stamped anywhere on the boots, but the right one is at least a half size smaller than the left. I emailed them since they give no customer service number. Phoebe wrote back, asking for a picture of the boots* *** **** ****** *** ***** ******** ******* ** * *** *** **** ** ***** *******. Anyway, I sent back a nice picture of them on white background so the color could be easily seen. She sent back an email saying “yes you did get them” and what sounded like a standard message saying that if something is sent and it’s what you ordered, or if it’s on sale, that it cannot be returned. So I said “ it’s not what I ordered and asked if it was on sale. No reply and I’ve sent it twice. It’s been a week. So I guess I’ve been *******. They should be forced to go out of business!!

      I ordered a pair of shoes from Missy Blossoms. The site said shipping within 1-7 days after two weeks tracking showed they had not been shipped. I emailed them to cancel my order. Several days later I received an email saying they had shipped. Over a week had passed and I received my order. It was not the color shoes I had ordered not to mention it looked nothing like on there website. Cheap. I contacted them asked for a return label they said they were not responsible for shipping cost even though they sent me the wrong product.

      I ordered boots on April 6. Did not hear anything by April 18. Emailed support to cancel order and refund my money. I was immediately responded to by Pheobe who said my order was already in transit and therfore no refund could be given. I demanded they provide proof it was shipped or provide proof it was canceled. I recieved no response. Fastforward to April 30, I recieved an e-mail saying the order was shipped and provided a tracking number. I went to the tracking number carrier site and they have still not recieved the package. I e-mailed back again saying that I requested the cancelation and refund before the item was shipped and now demand cancelation and a refund. No response yet.

      I ordered a pair of waterproof boots from www.Missy-Blossoms.com on March 12th. I received an email on April 12th with the tracking information. I didn't look at the tracking information because I figured the shoes would arrive in 3-5 days. I still haven't received the boots and when I click on the tracking information, it states that the order doesn't exist. I emailed Missy Blossoms this morning requesting a refund and have received no response. I was told the order would be sent with standard shipping, which usually doesn't take a month. I was patient enough to wait for the boots to be sent but now there is no order. I don't think it's fair that I paid almost $35 for a pair of boots that: 1. Haven't arrived over a month later 2. I don't have updated tracking information for, and 3. I haven't heard back from the business after emailing them I would like a refund for my order and to keep the boots when they arrive. This is bad business and I think I am owed at least that. If there is a supply chain issue, the business should make the customer aware of that when they order the product in question. It's almost summer, I needed the boots when I ordered them. I live in an area where we get a lot of rain in March, so I won't need them until next year. This is unprofessional and bad business. * *** *** *** **** ******* ******** ** * *** ***** *********** With a couple of tweaks to their customer service methods, they could have an A and be accredited, is it not worth the effort?

      Ordered shoes from Missy Blossoms for my ************r February 2. Today is the 13th and have had no communication from them. Wrote three emails with no response. There is no contact phone number. Have not received item or shipping information. Have no response to my request of cancelling the order and getting a refund. Thank you, **** *****
