              Adanac Roofing & Gutters replaced shingle roof on my house according to the contract signed on June 12, 2015. The contract work is backed by ******* **** * star warranty and Adanac Roofing 10 years workmanship guarantee. The contract included remove and replace chimney flushing. Chimney flushing was installed with very low quality that caused a leak. I contacted Adanac with request to fix the chimney flushing, stop leak and repair damage caused by the leak. However the Adanac owner Dan M*** refused to fulfill contractual obligations regarding warranty. Claiming that it is counter flushing leaking and Adanac didn't work on counter flushing and providing no proof. I had to inspect the roof. Inspection showed the main issues with the chimney flushing that causing the leak are with the chimney flushing that Adanac has installed: 1. Corners of apron flashing must be soldered or sealed with roof cement, but they are not. Pictures corner1 - corner4 are clear showing that 2. There are holes between the side flushing pan and roof.               We have an old house and have encountered several roofing issues over the years. Each time, *** and his team at Adanac have been incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient.
