The worst experience i went through , these people are ******** , i need my downpayment back immediately , i have been in touch with them since March 18th i have been informed i got approved and i have to put $3000 down to reserve the car which i did etransfer , 10 days later ****** told me to send 27k to their ** account again ive done that, then ive been in contact with ***** he told me if i agree to add an extra of 18k he will ship the car next day , he gave me two red flags accounts to do the etransfer of $3000 however my bank didnt authorised both transaction because it shows its fraud , so he gave another email address to do the etransfer of $2000 for the shipment which i beleived him and i did because i beleived him that the car has been shipped to ******** , two weeks later i started getting credit report inquiries i was what the h*** , why im getting these enquiries and then i find out that they didnt even got me approved yet and start using my credit report on my behalf without my permission because all my thought that the car is on its way to ******** and will get it on the 22nd of April as ive been promised, so i start contacting ***** he starts ignoring my messages and give me other promises he will call me back but nothing do i contact their office same thing , i spoke to different people and always same thing that someone will contact me , until now i didnt get in hold with someone .Give me my money back ******** , its 32k Because im out of province and im 8 months pregnant they played me and ignoring me , i will never trust market place again I need MY MONEY BACK.Please solve my problem i need my full refund I have attached all the screeshoot below Thanks,******Initial Complaint

Was told financing for vehicle (2023 ****) was secured (with cosigner) and I could take ownership. Upon getting to dealer on Sept 1st, transfer of property was completed but into cosigner's name and not my own. Was told after the fact that financing fell through on their end. I brought the property home as is was registered and insured. Sept 7th I'm told financing for the vehicle has been resecured. Sept 9th my cosigner and I go to sign paperwork. Only then do I learn they obtained financing for a different vehicle (2017 ****). This didnt meet my requirements of a 2020 year or newer and Hybrid however agreed to sign under ****** and frustration. Only then I learn my trade-in was not included in the deal even though theyve been told about it and it was sitting on their property. I also learn they didnt intend on including me in the contract and only my cosigner. Eventually I learn that them not including my vehicle as a trade-in put me in breach of contract with my current financer. I inform them immediately the 2017 deal is null and void (same day) and we were to pursue the 2023 deal. I obtain video of them admitting to committing ***** to close deals regularly. We agree to $3k in compensation for their ******** and they guarantee payout on Sept 11 on video via handshake. They also promise the 2023 deal would be final Sept 11 during this handshake. Sept 11 I deposit compensation and then am informed their broker has yet to finalize financing. I inform them that their failure to obtain payment is no longer my issue and the deadline to finalize contract has passed and now this needed to move to ***** **********. They ***** license plates, ****** return. They ******** and ***** vehicle. I go to recover **** and trade in and they claim liens which are not *****. I need car for income. Will loose home. 10's of thousands of $ in personal damages from this transaction. Boss called me ****** and made *** ** ** ******* *** ****** ******* on camera. I have evidence of *****
