Terrible. We paid $38,900 to them for a kitchen. They promise excellent design, quality, service and warranty. None are true. We have waited 1 year for them to complete installation but they won't. The island alone, approx. $10,000 value, they ordered the wrong wood. They say it is my fault, I should have seen their ordering mistake, that I changed my mind and that our floors didn't turn out (untrue). They refuse to replace the island but eventually ordered new exterior pieces, the inside won't match. No price reduction. They asked us to pay half for the replacement pieces (their cost). They won't install them. Drawers and toe kick are missing. Wires, venting and fan mechanics show. Electric can't be completed. We ordered solid wood sides like in their showroom and catalogue. What we got, looks like plastic laminate. They say wood is too expensive and trees are not that big.As soon as we put items in the drawers and upper cabinets, they started to sag, hitting the drawers below. They won't fix the 10 pieces of window molding, paint, cabinet door or box damaged during installation.The $16,000 quartz countertop was not cut to fit. Lots of caulking needed there. Seams are not matched.The cabinets they recommended they don't warranty for moisture or heat or problems with gaps, unfinished ends, nailing, warping, paint. Many are not even cut square. The owner told me after installation, I needed an air compressor to clean them. Their "expert" said the kitchen was perfect. He said to clean with an air compressor, use a toothpick or to caulk the 47 doors. They criticize us for paying with ***** a method of payment they accept. The owner ***** said that's when red flags started going off. I emailed for confirmation of ceiling clearance and island placement for two trades. ***** said we shouldn't be asking them but should have hired a contractor. ***** said we should have hired a designer even though they promise excellent design.
