    Started by inquiring about a car on marketplace All this happened over my vacation the week before Christmas. This led me to a representative at Maple Ridge VW to test drive the first car a ***** C300, ****** value. On the test drive codes showed up and it blew a belt. Had to get the car, the salesman, and I towed back to the dealer. the first disappointment. i then decided to give the dealer a second chance, left my 10, 000 refundable deposit with them. Then i took home for a day a 2. 013 ML350. 20, 000 of value. Codes showed up again, lurching issues, and just by chance my ***** was at the shop and i got him to read the codes. The second disappointment. As it stands i could not finance the rest of the cost of the car due to age. At this time i was gonna just get my cash and keep looking. But The 3rd car was a 2018 C300, and at ****** was the newest and most expensive car i was trying. thus should have been the least issues. After a quick test drive on Christmas Eve just before they closed i agreed to take this car home to check and evaluate. that night, on the way to my family event , many codes up on the dash my high beams, turn signals stopped working. this caused me to stay over at my friends place and park the defective car. i didnt want to go through road blocks with defective lights. The third and final disappointment. the car stayed parked at my place till I got ahold of the manager and we agreed to take it to ******** in Guilford right by my place. on Jan 2. Which is where it is parked since. I had many conversations with different managers, pertaining with my displeasure with my whole car shopping experience. Fri Jan 5th one manager says "too bad its my money Now" i met the next day for a respectable sit down with another manager. He called back and said the same. i either finish buying the car cause they needed $5,000 to complete the sale, or we keep your cash I text back stating i will take to BBB , VSA, and a Lawyer this week.

    I was pushed into buying this Van. Couldnt understand how i qualified for a 54000 loan as I am disabled and have no other income. He promised me it would easily convert to a camper van for full time living and he would have installed a bench seat as I needed to carry passengers at times. I needed to use for work so I needed something good on gas. He promised it would only be about an extra 40 a month compared to my 2012 *** *****.. My Dad passed away that day and I had to fly to PEI.. Hours after signing I told him through text and phone call that I didnt want it. Needed to cancel and he told me there was no going back and nothing he could do. Which I found out was a complete ***. So, van was delivered and they took my 2012 *** *****, mint condition. The driver had no paperwork! Said it was up to the company to send it to me...another ***. Three days later I received the papers in the mail. This van uses 50 in 5 days, just to drive my grandkids to school, so there is no way I can use it for work everyday. I have a friend that works for a lawyer and they went through the paperwork. Turns out they over charged me 24000, ********* my income and didnt even fill in 90 percent of their info. Oh, yeah. Power steering started to squeel on the 4th day. They say thats not covered. since. The list goes on. *** *** ****.co now I cant even sell it for anywhere close to what they charged me....and who wou..ld buy it with a screaming power steering. I had a nervous breakdown over this. In and out of hosp since. It has to stay parked as I cannot only afford the gas, but not mechanic either. 940 a month payments. I have no future now. Please DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ******** COMPANY. **** **** ** *** *** *** ****. ** * *** ** ****** ******* I hope my daughter will *** them. I only left a one star review as they dont allow you to post a zero.
