We bought an ******** **** from Marv Jones Honda on Nov 15th 2022. Immediately we noticed that the seat belt warning light was illuminated which was a safety concern because we have 2 small children. We contacted Marv jones and they directed us to get it repaired at Infiniti. So we booked a service with Morrey Infiniti and luckily they were able to complete the repair under warranty. But i had to lose a day of work to get the car fixed. Shortly after we noticed that the car suspension was making noise and that the driver side heated seat was not working. We contacted Marv Jones and they said they could not do anything for us. We even tried to contact the general sales manager Raymond J*** and general manager Ryan J**** however they never got back to us. Morrey infiniti charged us $1500 to get the car fixed because it was not covered under warranty. I find it unacceptable to get an inspected pre-owned vehicle to have so many issues right after delivery. They also never got back to us to try to make things right. I was hopeful to continue business with Marv Jones since I was considering getting another Honda. But now I will look elsewhere for my business and will advise others to do so as well. I think the right thing for them to do is to cover the repairs that I paid especially since the issues occurred right after I drove off the lot.
