  I hired this company to clean **** off my roof and clean the corrugated aluminum patio cover, which was full of pine cones and needles. The job date was November8th and 9th.The two men, (one being a fair size), after cleaning the house roof, then walked on to the patio roof and by the time I caught their attention and told them to stop that they shouldn't be walking on the corrugated aluminum, said they always do. By then the damage was done. They were using a pressure washer so didn't hear me right away banging on the aluminum. Anyway I called *****, their boss and he came as soon as he could.They separated the panels in 9 places. ***** assured me they would fix it. He came a few times and the last time, tried to fix it himself. I let everything go then because Christmas was coming and the rain/snow season was upon us. Now that the nice weather is here, I have called the Company 3 times in the past 3 weeks asking that ******************* me, and he has not. I want this fixed if possible or the roof replaced. The roof is 14 ft. by 28 feet.

  The receipt said ¨Includes Brush Moss From Peaks¨, but my roof peaks still has moss. This is a unfinished job, and I contacted them twice after they did the service on Oct 19, 2021. First time in last year (October) and second time, this year (April, 2022). Both times, they sent a manager onsite and told me the same thing, those moss are dead, it will eventually dry by sunshine and wash away by rain, and they refuse to finish what they mentioned on the receipt and refuse to honor their guarantee. They mentioned there are two types of roof services and they suggested me to pay for their ¨roof washing¨ service. I just want them to brush moss from roof peaks as mentioned on my receipt to finish the job.   We did the job exactly as promised when providing the quote. We gave two options, one for a Roof Treatment and one for Soft Washing the Roof. You chose the cheaper option which entails spraying the roof and letting mother nature clear the dead moss off (which we did). You are unhappy that the dead moss hasn't cleared off yet, we told you numerous times that it takes time (we can not guarantee how much time it takes because every house is different). We have had our guys back at no charge 2 times to check the roof and have confirmed both times that the moss on the roof is dead and the treatment worked, there is no new moss or live moss on your roof. We do Roof treatments every day all day and all customers are patient through the process, if you wanted a quick fix then you should have paid for the Soft washing of the Roof like suggested.

  At the time of the service the heavy moss was brushed from the peaks as it states in the original quote and on the invoice.  The description clearly states that we are not removing all the moss from the roof as the choice was made by the customer to go with a roof treatment and not a roof soft wash.

  for at least three years before the algae becomes noticeable again. If Mold
  returns before the two year Guarantee is up, we will come out at no
  additional charge and retreat the roof .... Now That is what I call
  a GUARANTEE!
  We will blow the loose debris from the roof.
  We will apply our roof treatment to kill the moss algae and mold that is still
  on the roof.
  The color of the roof will go back to being clean.
  Over time the remaining bits of moss and algae will dry up and be washed
  away by weather and sunshine.

  1. The team member did the job last year told me that he could not reach to roof peaks because the roof was too steep. And he also asked me to contact owner next year because they have guarantee.

  2. When I contacted the owner, they did send a manager, but just stood on the curbside, looked at the roof, and told that all moss and algae on the roof were all dead. Which contradicts to their guarantee, ¨Whole roof treatments come with a Two-year guarantee that your roof will remain mold-free, but you can generally expect it to stay clean and beautiful for at least three years before the algae becomes noticeable again. If Mold returns before the two year Guarantee is up, we will come out at no additional charge and retreat the roof .... Now That is what I call a GUARANTEE!¨
  

  3. The manager and owner then suggested me to pay for another roof service. The reasonable doubt is if the team could not reach to peaks at the first time, how can they reach it this time? The other doubt is if the team can reach to peaks this time, which means the first time was a unfinished job. For more comparison, my neighbors´ houses with same builder on the same street hired other companies last year and their roof are clean.

  Peaks were brushed and roof was treated.  It has been checked and all remaining is dead.  If you wanted all the moss gone from the roof, then you should have booked for a roof WASH which would remove all the moss which is what you are complaining about.  We have explained this to you on multiple occasions now.
