The business relationship began March 30th, 2023. Touch Point Digital and Josh D****** were contracted to develop a social media and lead generation campaign for a 3 month period. I paid $1100 for this service in advance. One month into the contract I was billed again and told that the $1100 was a monthly charge. This was not in the original agreement so as a resolution both parties agreed to split the difference and make the contract for a two month period. This company did not follow through on providing all the deliverables as promised and after numerous attempts to get a response the company shut down the only email address that I had with the account manager. I do not have a phone number either and after closer investigation of the web site and their social media, I believe this company to be ********** and I am concerned that they have extracted confidential information as they did have access to my social media dashboards and ******* admin.
