To whom it may concern,
********* ********* and its group of companies pride itself in safe quality repairs as well as providing superior customer service no matter what sector of business or region we operate in. We remain a ** family owned and operated business since our inception in 1977.
The Group doesn't feel it's appropriate or necessary to divulge details here in this platform, but the concerns of this customer were heard and reviewed at the highest level; and based on our conclusions, the concerns brought forward were pre-existing and not related to the workmanship completed by us nor were related to the claim completed for their insurance company. The outcome was discussed with the insured prior to delivering vehicle back as well as the Shop Manager offered to replace the part at cost with no labour charge as a customer service.
Businesses can't be held responsible for pre-existing unrelated damage simply because it was in our care when the worn out part gave way. This was a wearable part, that was documented as such prior to the commencement of repair by the shop. The part required replacement, that the customer ignored. In our opinion, ********************** was more than fair in its attempt to handle the situation.

After being rear-ended. I brought my vehicle in for **** repair #******** Craftsman Collision replaced the bumper, though they failed to removed the paint that splattered on the side doors. But this is not my complaint. My complaint is that when I received my vehicle back, my driver's door weather stripping had been pulled out of position, hanging freely (I have since fixed this), but most importantly, my driver's heated seat and my rear window defogger were broken. I bought this vehicle in Sept of 2019. When I brought my vehicle into Craftsman Collision, they were mint. When I picked up my vehicle from Craftsman Collision, they were broken. Someone in their repair shop attempted to glue the rear window defogger wire back onto the window. I immediately talked to the manager who dismissed this, "It must have happened before you brought it in." It did not. This happened when it was in their shop. I inspected this connector very closely when I originally bought it, and it worked perfectly since I bought the vehicle, since it was mint. I have attempted to contact Craftsman Collision's head office three times now with no response. I continue to suffer from damage done to my vehicle by Craftsman Collision with no resolve. Now that it's winter, I have no view through my rear window. I contacted ****, my insurance company, but the photos do not show this part, so they told me that all they can do is let me file a new claim and make me pay for it with my deductible. Can BBB please help me? Despite the bumper damage, my vehicle operated better before Craftsman Collision broke my seat and defogger. Now I suffer from using Craftsman Collision.
