      This was the answer to my Arcteryx review of the brand losing ground and never not buying subpar versions of the premier ******** brand for 15 solid years. Apparently the takeover of the real brand doesnt allow critical reviews. I wasnt even allowed to return a new coat because of a damaged subpar zipper. Now I cant even review the customer service on that issue. Heres the penultimate response from Arcteryx.just received. I was well within their guidelines to suggest that their brand was slipping.JackRock20,Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines.       Call this morning for a missing package "delivered" to ***** that I don't know, and the only one in the house the whole day. held me for 10 mins. Hanged up. lol Called again, and repeated the whole story, Operator Daniel promised me will follow up to a refund since I would prefer to pick up the order in the store, and will let the supervisor reach out for the complaint. Guess what, 5 hours later, Daniel sent me an email for my order number which I have him over the phone. Okay, replied to the email with all my order info. A new case number was provided. Then got an email from Jashan telling me the package was delivered and asking me if I know ***** who picked up the package. * **** *** **** * ***** *** *** **** ****** **** * ****** ** ***** ********* **** Now I got the 2nd case number. See how many times I need to repeat my situation and finally, ARCTERYX can fix it. Again, I did not receive anything from my order which showed "delivered" and signed by "*****", there is only one door to the front and I have no "*****" in my house. I was the only one at home the whole day. No one knocked on my door or buzzed my bell. *** sent my package to the wrong place for sure. And all customer service so far was not working to help me at all!!!

      I had the same exact experience as ****** *. After being ignored by customer service, I tried to place a review on the website detailing my experience and had my review deleted. In addition to what ****** * suggests that they will take your money and not refund you unless you contact them, they also appear to be deleting reviews to artificially inflate their product reviews on their website. Buyer beware!

      A few years back I bought a few articles from Arc’teryx. Only recently I started using my winter "parka" and after a few uses, the zipper started giving me issues. I need to struggle to zip! For the price I paid, this is the last thing I thought was going to happen. I lost trust buying from Arc’teryx. Imagine this happening on a subzero day. Just called their customer service department. No help what so ever. Was told that it could take 3 weeks for someone to look at my case. Is there that many issues with their products. Asked to speak with a supervisor but of course after 6 mins on hold was told he is in a meeting. No call back from Supervisor. Terrible customer service.

      I placed an order several weeks ago and never received a confirmation email or a tracking number, and was told off by customer service that it was my fault somehow, despite the representative admitting it was a system error on their end, as the system somehow deleted or not stored my address after the order was confirmed. They took my money and wouldn't even acknowledge that somehow the order was not fulfilled - no email outreach, no phone call asking why an order was mysteriously placed without a shipping address (but you bet they still somehow had the billing address).
