I placed an order on Thu, Oct 26, 2023 but I have yet to receive the item. I have sent multiple emails and attempted contact on Instagram to ask about when I can expect fulfillment and finally to request a refund given the extensive delays and all claimed fulfillment dates (Nov 20, "a week" from Dec 11, "a week" from Dec 27) having come and gone with no results; I only received one response that made excuses about delays in moving warehouse and personal family issues from the founder, but no acknowledgement of my request for a refund. The ability to receive a refund when delivery is not made on time is a government-protected right under the Consumer Protection Act (see: ***************************************************************************), making ******** ******* ** ********* ** ** ******* * ** ****** * ********* **** *** ** **** ****** ***** **** ********* ***** ******* ** ** ********* * ***** *** ** *** **** ******* ** ******* There are many others on their public Instagram page (link: ****************************************************) attesting that they faced the same issues as me where orders placed in October have yet to be fulfilled with no communication from the business nor requests for refund met.
